I would imagine that if you cut each slat, you’d have more edges that could peel off. What might work is to make a stencil for the flag or image and have it air brushed or acid etched.
As I posted earlier, we've been investigating the type of magnetic material needed to work best over an existing vinylwrap or PPF. From what we've seen, it would have to be thicker, heavier magnetic material and most likely be more expensive. It would also have to be a 30 piece kit design...
So, as you can see my truck currently has a printed vinylwrap. I am learning that this thing won't last that long as parking lot door scrapes, etc. are inevitable. But I was wondering if your magnetic wrap would still adhere well over top of the vinylwrap, and I could just switch between the...
Since all automated car washes are different and have varying spray pressure, automated car washes are not recommended.
Brush car washes can also scratch vinyl surfaces, which are softer than painted surfaces.
Hand wash is fine as long as you use care with pressure washers. You can view and...
Anyone ever see/do a ppf/vinylwrap over the tonneau slats? Thoughts on how that might look/work? I'm guessing you'd have to cut between each slat. I asked chatgpt to imagine what I'm looking at.
Basically a shadow version of the American flag . The tonneau cover isn't in the right place but...
Thank you. It’s flexishield ppf. The light blue color is called “dusk sky” the dark blue cantrails are the same brand and called “admiral blue”.
Ceramic on top of all of that keeps it very clean with almost no effort.

Also in Florida and in a hospital parking garage had an old lady park next to the truck and stuck a key into door wrap and gouge it about a half an inch. My wrap is a vinyl design printed so each side is one panel and now I have to live the blemish like a permanent pimple on the nose! We have...
Would love to see a version in matte green with black wheels and smoked lights. I’m messing around with a build idea and that combo could look tough. Manufacturing is seamlessly integrated into how this thing is put together, which makes even the wildest custom colors feel doable if you get the...
Hey everyone,
Wanted to share this Cyber Truck wrapped in (PURE PPF) Gloss Metallic Rose & Ultra Gloss Black colored Paint Protection Film. One of One San Diego killed it with this flawless install! Not only will the client get a whole new look for their Cybertruck but they will be receiving...
So it went pretty easily! Took me probably 3-4 hours to remove it all. It's mostly just muscling it off. I'd pull it out in the sun to warm it up a bit and then bring it back in the shade to work. I'm not sure it made much of a difference. I did try a heat gun on a stubborn spot to see if it...
...it against damage from rocks, as PPFs will puncture. We are developing magnetic panels that can be placed over your PPF or existing vinylwrap that protects against damage during road trips or rigorous off-road use. They can be later removed, cleaned and reused You may not want our complete...
for the price, I would rather have a PPF or vinylwrap, but that's me. I do appreciate all of the effort put into this project and I hope that you sell a lot of them. I do see many scenarios where this would be a good option. Cheers!
I recently purchased a Foundation series Cybertruck and would like to wrap it in colored PPF with “Frost Blue,” which is the exact same color palette offered by Tesla in the refreshed Model S. I’m considering either a metallic or matte finish, and would prefer colored PPF to vinyl. I’ve searched...
PPF is harder than vinylwrap due to thickness. I didn't watch any vids when I got my kit for my 2018 Model 3, but the CT is easy compared to that. Everything is flat, curves are subtle.
My tip is to have another person help you to handle the size of the panels, especially the rear...
There was a question about edges and corners and tailgates - our kits are very highly refined and will offer pro-level coverage. We were the first to market with DIY kits and we've personally film'd more Cybertrucks than anyone else (see our highlight gallery HERE) -- all our experience has...
