...reporting them, they are normally trolls.... I have had several new Ford F-150's and have had more issues with them then my cybertruck.
It is super fun to drive! You will love it. Find one on Turo and rent it, that will give you everything you need to know and you will order yours the next...
It would be lame for sure but turo has insurance. And you can get another CT later when the prices comes down lol.
But I'm not getting fs either way lol
...you 'borrow' their Cybertruck (or any other car for that matter).
IF you were old enough AND had your 'actual' license, you could RENT one from TURO probably, but most rental cars require you to be 25 years old (for insurance purposes) and those that do allow younger drivers will still...
Your best bet is to assume you'll hold it for a year. If you decide you don't want it for any reason, you'll probably do best renting it on turo full time and then selling it at the 1 year mark and using the proceeds to buy your forever CT with your 2nd reservation #.
...hassle of construction.
When CT was originally unveiled it was obviously too long, but now it technically would fit but it’s probably ridiculously tight. I guess I have to rent on turo or wait for test drive availability to be sure.
Any East Bay owners willing to test out my garage for me??
I am not sure comparing a Turo rental Cybertruck with 18 Km is a fair comparison.
Specialty vehicles ( sports cars, Ford Raptor, Cybertruck) on rental services are often abused.
Marcus Brownlee also had a bad experience with his first Cybertruck review because of previous usage.
Noise, creaks...
Hi @JonS, I have one question to ask you, what was the VIN range of the turo CB you test drove? From what you are describing it sounds like it might be an early VIN, not sure when test drives are opening up in Canada but the fact that you are reviewing basically a rental CB tells me that it...
The A Pillars are certainly a challenge but the person renting the car out has to protect their vehicle and 'train' people how to use it. Otherwise I'd say any A Pillar problem is on the owner being negligent. I am not the kind of person that would rent his car out so I have a very jaded point...
Ya don’t feel bad.. there is one of the Tesla Twitter guys who said he is gonna buy like 50 for his business.. might work, but dealing with all this is done
...how he thinks people buying a Cybertruck are probably overspending on what they can afford. Or CT buyers are thinking they can make money from making YouTube videos or renting their cars on Turo to justify the costs.
What percentage of people are going above their budget just to afford the...
Hope you get it figured out. You might try either Turo or Hertz, Enterprise, Etc. They all offer long term, monthly vehicle rentals. I have a Jeep to sell once I get my CT delivery and considered selling it now and doing a rental. So I already looked into pricing and it wasn't that bad.
For sure and agree - but it also misleads the overall utility of superchargers to the ?
I have teslas in Turo
The reality of bathroom Break and your done isn't welll understood
A car (or house) used in a crime can be taken.
Yes, the driver could have not cut so close and controlled the vehicle. They're the one who gunned it into the corner.
The something they could have done was control their following distance.
Being in jail doesn't change the liability tho.

I’ve been searching for a Cybertruck on Turo in LA, but haven’t found one yet.
I prefer to rent vehicles for a weekend, or family trip, before dropping $100K on it. I know I’m getting gouged on the rental, but it’s a worthwhile investment to make sure the vehicle fits my family’s needs.
...acceptance. You can inspect the car, and the interior. The liability transfer has to take place via signing or Tesla Application acceptance. If fitment is an issue. I highly suggest either reaching out to a generous owner, or Turo. Maybe there is a showroom nearby that has an open Cybertruck.
I fascinated to see who turns up. I saw on twitter that someone rented a Cybertruck on Turo to come with. We should have printed up t shirts! I also saw on twitter than the guy who runs an NJ Tesla club was mentioning it to his 6k members.
We could be raided by the eb police for not having a...
