I don't seem to have power via the rear USB-C ports on my CyberTruck. I can charge my phone/ipad on the USB-C port in the front console, but the rear ports do nothing. I've tried it with the car in drive & park. Is this normal, or is there something I need to do to enable power to these ports?

Got this today from the assigned installer (SmartCharge America) - "We have been informed that the equipment is not allowed to be released for customers to have outside of installations. All equipment will be returned to Tesla if it is not being used for the installation." So who owns the...
