The rear passenger side is 3/4" taller than the driver side. I have changed the height from entry to high and back again but it stays 3/4" taller. Air pressure in both rear tires are the same. The 3/4" difference stays when at its highest and lowest

So I noticed the rear metal undercarriage piece is hanging and 5 of the bolts are missing. The threads for these bolts are mint and there are no broken off bolts. It looks like they vibrated out??? Yes, I just submitted this issue to service. Anyone else experience this?
