I took my truck in to get tires rotated, water in vault (slat/reroute), and phone overheating (replacing with v5 phone charger). All went well, up until they went to "updated the firmware for the charger". At which point, the firmware failed, locked the tech's out of the vehicle completely...

I ordered on the 20th, and at the time the website showed 1-3 weeks for delivery. So I’m still waiting on being able to make the final payment and set a date. I decide to check today the website says “Immediately Available” at my location in Tampa. But I’m still over here with no delivery date...
