So, I've searched the forums and scoured the web (somewhat anyway) and have yet to find a good Oh Shit Handle solution. Has anyone found any? My MIL is now staying with us and even in entry height, and with running boards, she has a difficult time getting in and out without anything to grab onto.

Now for some running boards and a bumper guard/bull bar and I think the exterior will be good to go!!!
