It was the plastic opening for the hook attached under the hood to go into where the latch is that needed to be filed just a little so the hook would not hit the plastic. Look at the attached picture and you can see where the hook hits the plastic.

The black plastic bumper on your Cybertruck is also still dirty and covered in dirt not just the stainless steel. I think after you use your power washer to do a pre rinse to remove the loose dirt then you have to use your hand with a wash mitt and soap to scrub the dirt off.
