We did not know the only reason was they had not completed the paperwork because they refused to say anything. If we knew it was just the paperwork we could have made an informed decision.
The point is that we asked and could not get an answer. So we could not make an informed decision. Because I had to pay 80000 I can not afford the 8000 self driving that I had been saving for. What is ridiculous is Tesla being deceptive and helping loyal customers at no cost to them.
