For my VIN yesterday and I got a quote from Tesla Insurance at $243.22/month....that is high to me seeing how I already insure 2 Tesla's with them for $247/month

Very true unless you are getting Tesla Insurance except in CA where they are unable to use tele-metrics for insurance based premiums.

All Tesla vehicles are manufactured with weld-bonding and structural adhesives. It is extremely strong.

The suspension heights are speed based. I believe that once you reach 25mph it will automatically adjust to the medium setting.

I'd imagine that if you are getting the range extender then you are towing and possibly that weight can be allocated to whatever you may be towing i.e. travel trailer or toy hauler. So hopefully it can provide at the min 100 miles of usable range.
