The same reason some semi trailers have plastic security seals on them. So they know if anyone opened it during delivery. Also, you don’t start producing and shipping vehicles in these numbers if you have that little confidence in the hood latch.

Looks much larger than my S frunk which has always been enough for me.

How much does a LR Model 3 cost today?

I think the price will increase from what we saw at the unveiling, but not this drastically. If we need to talk about inflation, you have to mention that the Model 3 is $1000 less today than when the Cybertruck was unveiled and he’s using a lot of historical data about how Ford and GM have done...

I rented a Model Y from the LAX Hertz a few weeks ago. I didn’t need a charging cable, I don’t remember seeing a charging cable or adapter, but I never looked in the frunk. I’d add that having to use the key card and not having access to the app or a key fob is absolute garbage.

I disagree, Tesla has had problems with ventilated seats in the past and they have always included heated seats. They encourage people to use heated seats in cold weather since heating your seat is much more efficient than heating the entire cabin.

I think 6.5ft is perfect. Based on how some of the back in Supercharger stalls are set up, I think they are more likely to make it shorter than longer. Supercharger cables aren't very long and the back in spots wouldn’t normally have room for you to back in without hitting the stall or a parking...
