Likewise I had Progressive for about the same with three other cars and our home, but they killed me when they inspected our property and said that they do not insure homes of such a "high value" in Texas and canceled the Home Owner's policy, which was paid in advance and AFTER I canceled my...
My rate of 32 amps is not listed, but that is where I charge, overnight. When my rate throttled back to 24 with everything set at 32 we thought it was the WC. Tesla even sent me a new WC for free. But when I installed the new unit and we were still throttled to 24 we figure out the issue was...
Your air compressor is running off the battery, going out...your PCS regulates AC conversion to the DC battery, going in. If you have a charge on your battery, you can draw from it...but it is the AC to DC conversion that is kicking us to the DC Superchargers.
Yup, PCS failure, one of the two 24 amp units is down so the truck throttles down to the existing one at 24 amps. I even replaced my Universal Wall Connector, with Tesla's help, thinking that was the problem, early on. New WC, same 24 amps...so you too, my friend, are stung. Report it to...
On my Tessie app I appear to be clean on PCS errors, thanks for the info. I failed to mention that after Tesla Support looked at the internals the Wall Connector totally disappeared from my Tesla app and would not charge, AT ALL. I was forced to use the mobile connector in 120 mode, that gives...
Yikes, I may be headed down this road and I am not excited about it. Two weeks ago my Wall Charger throttled down from my standard 32amps to 24. I did everything, powercycled, rebooted, reinstalled and only 24a which gives about 5% per hour charge versus 10% at 32a. Workable as I charge...
Wow, I feel greatly honored as Blitzen just download and installed this and we are the first ones listed doing so for the TeslaFi fleet...thanks so much, headed out on a road trip tomorrow and will give it a long haul work-out. Gotta love having a vehicle that just continues to improve as it...
The only Thor installed in Blitzen is my Sidekick Thor the Cyberdog. There was a link posted in this thread towards the beginning about the Thor system.
It was just for a laugh on a rainy Sunday afternoon but I DO like what Thor offers, the sleigh bells and Christmas sounds would fit right in with Blitzen during Santa season. Actually, for charity events “Summertime Santa” and Blitzen the Beast have been pretty busy volunteering this...
Easily installed in back seat (windows down) or CT's bed (vault open), no draw on battery, only energy required are a few cheap beers...turn up the volume. Outstanding!!!
Blitzen is wrapped and coated, so I asked my local car wash to retract the brushes and stick to wash, rinse, and blow-dry only. The side brushes still give the truck a gentle tap on the sides, and the cloth strips flop across the hood and roof, but overall it does a decent job. I still have to...
Tuesday evening I received a text from our good friend Sgt. Steve Squire, our liaison to the Sheriff’s CPA Alumni Association and the officer who sponsors my service as a badged member of the Sheriff’s Chaplain Corps.
“Got a minute for a call?”
I assumed he might be checking on the progress of...
True, in other locations this has been a deterrent (and we took good care of the cat), but here we have an abundance of hawks and owls, which aide in the rodent thing, but also makes an outside cat's lifetime shrink rapidly. So Ms Claus's kitties stay inside...where they are safe. But thanks...
Sorry, that is NOT a field mouse, it is a tree rat, common to this part of Texas and they caught not one, not two, but three...Santa has summered here for 20 years and witnessed many. One was a juvenile but it ain't no mouse.
