Thanks for testing!
I have bought 2 Fanttiks actually and each of them are definitely good enough for 2 tires from 30-50 that's for sure. Not sure about 4 tires, but I think it may be just enough for that. I wish it had a 120V input.
I think they mentioned before that they'll never make another vehicle with stainless steel exterior, because it's just not economical. It's a shame, because that's the main reason I love the truck.
Just out of curiousity, can you measure the inflating / deflating time with the 4-way hose and the TC-BL? I'm interested in the following:
Deflate 50 to 10 with the 4 hos setup.
Inflate from 10 to 50 with full setup (plug in TC-BL, set up the 4-way hose and disconnect everything).
Deflate from...
I am not sure if you can add a 4-way hose on it (you'll probably be able to do it with the right connector), but I don't think it's worth it. It's battery operated and you are probably better off if two of them are working parallel on two different tires.
No, I did not test the TC-BL (see the thread, I mostly tested smaller cheaper chargers).
It aired my tires up from 30 to 50psi in 3:13 minutes. For 4 wheels that's 6:26 (I have two of them).
I would assume the TC-BL is quicker, but it is also a more complex setup that requires more time.
As...
I did a test a little bit of testing about various inflators in this thread: https://www.cybertruckownersclub.com/forum/threads/tire-inflator-test.51096/
I decided to buy 2 of this in the end: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CQK4SRD8 . (I'm not affiliated with them.)
I chose these, because these...
No, we won't get it.
The whole thread earlier that gave me false hope: https://www.cybertruckownersclub.com/forum/threads/update-turned-out-to-be-false-%F0%9F%98%94-matrix-adaptive-headlights-coming-to-cybertruck-says-tesla-vp-of-vehicle-engineering.36796/
It was established on X (Lars mentioned himself) that they could not squeeze the hardware into that small space, so existing hardware won't get it for sure.
Mark Rober's test was proved to be badly executed, which is a shame for an ex-Nasa engineer. The test has be reproduced and HW4 with FSD v13 passed the test with flying colors.
Also, it's a mirror, not a barrier mimicking roadway and background, it is not the same.
Mine is polished, I love it. It makes the truck very unique. I made a mistake about putting magnets on it in the 2024 Christmas season and those magnets scratched the panels, so I'm not the most happy about it, but I guess that would have happened even when it's not polished. Silly me. The guys...
Same issue for me: after the Holiday update, FSD stopped working.
Data point: I have an S92 mirror installed, powered from the left footwell.
Symptoms: I realized that the FSD visualization does not show anything. 2 button reset did not fix the issue. I checked the camera views in the service...
Went through the thread. Impressive! I just need somebody to produce an A2B compatible Y-connector that can be daisy chained into the car and I can plug my rear-view mirror (from Tesstudio) into it (and not use the daisy chain capabilities of the harness provided).
So, does anybody want to make...
Hi,
It came to my attention that it is required to air up my all terrains to 65psi and that 35psi is recommended for offroading and I realized that I was totally not prepared for any of these things.
I was happy with my small battery operated inflators ($~30-40?) when I had my Model X, because...
