How in the world did a conversation about the idiocy of the anti-EV agenda amongst the locals turn into a social political point about women's rights versus men's?
This falls under the same category as my In-Laws. Once I said I had ordered a Tesla, my mother in law said "Oh, so you're falling for THAT?" to which I asked what it was that I was falling for. She had no answer.
I have heard the same thing about the Semi motors/day from other sources. That, I believe, as would I believe similarly the Cybertruck tie-in. We will surely see.
If I understand it correctly---and this this subject is beyond the normal construct of the article---Canada has laws which make it illegal to, in essence, be mean.

Personally, I'm not happy about the potential for the CT that I had on order for $X to be increased by Y. I expect to have to pay what I reserved.
However, it IS a Free Market and I could simply walk away. But I'm not. Yet.

I have a Dual Motor ordered...I have no idea what my spot in line is or how I can decipher it from that spreadsheet that is linked to these forums, but I may go up to a Tri-Motor if the price is right.

That spreadsheet makes my eyes glaze over and bogs my Firefox down, unfortunately.
