    Norway in general has massive amounts of EV’s. At one point, maybe still today, Norway was the most EV’s per capita of any country in the world. We did a family trip ~5 years ago and saw many rural farms and barn with EV/Tesla chargers attached. Electric cars were “everywhere.”
