I see. Makes sense. My bad :) I just thought it was confusing watching that first video and having the guy talk about RWD and if you buy it now it's not available until 2027 but I completely get the point now of the comparison.
Also, Cayden Thompson I think you're right that there are no SAWD...
It appears that of the four videos you posted, three of them are about the canceled RWD CT and the top one is for the $59k (now $69k) CT AWD but the guy who made the video thought it was RWD. Tesla doesn't currently sell a RWD CT, only AWD.
When I took mine in for other fixes, they added cantrail replacement but during intake they told me they don't recommend me doing it because it's not looking good from their techs right now so they deleted it from the appointment for me. I appreciated the candor :)
I just got mine two weeks ago. The installation was even simpler. I just connected the harness in the B-pillar, closed the Bi-pillar up, reached in from the passenger side to the screen and enabled that power feed, closed the passenger door, walked around to driver side, got in and it was there...
Please post here once you know for certain which install method. Mine was originally scheduled for beginning of June then they postponed it a month for the new adhesive, then they postponed it another month for the new adhesive, and now I just postponed it two weeks for my own reasons so I'm...
Yeah, I have the same issue and you're right that it seems to coincide with the horn update (which is bizarre - must be a coincidence I would think). My issue is sometimes when I push the button to unlock and disconnect the charger, instead it just acts like I'm plugging it in. It doesn't unlock...
I have had basically identical issues to the OP although I've only driven around 200 miles on FSD so far. Following way too close at highway speeds, lane centering issues, speed issues. Twice I'm incredibly confident it was going to hit a wall and last night I think we were one inch from hitting...
That's crazy. My beast does not have that sound. Definitely should be replaced. Hopefully if you take it again, they'll handle it like it sounds like they're handling @Guylouis
I CANNOT WAIT!! I really enjoy driving but on long drives it would be great to have FSD so I can focus a little less on the actual driving and enjoy the scenery a little more, etc.
Ohh, one downside I forgot to mention above is the phantom braking on TACC was obnoxious. I'd pass somebody...
This past Sunday I drove from Phoenix to Dallas (via the northern route rather than southern I-10 route). On Wednesday I drove back to Phoenix via the same route. In the screenshot my Trip B is the entire trip there and back. I was showing it to a friend and letting him drive it around and...
In the same boat. Got CB on 6/23 and still nothing. Qmerit is has already submitted permits to the city (three weeks ago) so that should be done anytime now and I'll need that hardware. I've tried many times calling and trying different routes by phone, texting a Service Advisor and still nothing.
The people who bought the CT knew 100% what vehicle they were buying and what the specs were. Nobody was tricked. If you thought the battery was "half baked" when you bought it then that's on you for buying it. I have my CB and I love it. I would love for the range to be greater but I plunked...
Update: I got my Cyberbeast on June 23rd. I immediately contacted Qmerit and filled out their survey. Got a quick response and quote from a very well-rated electrician (they're working on multiple Powershares already). Quote was $5218 since my situation requires extra work and will be far from...
Only slightly related but I was just playing Vampire Survivors this morning and played maybe 25 minutes until my supercharger session ended. I closed it and drove off. Then I had a little at my next destination and went to play but I had to completely start over. Am I missing something? I assume...
@Haoooc I went here https://qmerit.com/assessment/cybertruck-powershare/
I saw the posts about Qmerit handling it so I just did a web search for Qmerit and Cybertruck and got this link. I applied and it all worked. I've had several conversations with them and you can basically get all prepared...
Took delivery this past Sunday. Tesla reps seem confused about the process. I do have email from months back saying I qualify for Powershare. Got an email saying I will get the hardware and up to $4k towards install. I applied at Qmerit and got an actual quote for $5200 (I have a subpanel and...
Okay, I read the review but did not watch the video. I like the article and the style and I completely get his point and I think I agree with the primary premise. First, I'll say that I'm a fanboy. I love Tesla and I think Elon is amazing (though, of course, a flawed human like all of us). Also...
