On June 5th I got the text from Tesla to do the pre-delivery tasks in preparation for delivery of my SCT that I ordered on February 24th! What?!! I texted the Tesla Advisor using the app and said I couldn't possibly finalize the order now... my window had been Sept-Oct. They texted back saying...

Thanks, but the financing I was referring to was selling TSLA stock, which would have been high enough by September, but today it's dipping below $400!
The delivery window when I ordered the SCT on Feb 24th was "Sept-Oct". Today (6/5) I get a text from Tesla to start the pre-delivery stuff! WTF! I am nowhere near ready – financing-wise – to do this now! I asked for my order to be pushed back to give me more time to secure financing. Haven't...
I went to the Kennesaw, GA Tesla showroom today. They had one SCT, and I got to sit in it. Nice! Spoke to the manager. There's simply no way for them to know anything more about my delivery window than what the Tesla app will tell me, which is nothing. Ordered 2/24, ETA at that time said...

My understanding is that Tesla has gone to great lengths over the last year to stop getting parts from China, and as such, the Cybertruck is one of the most North American-sourced pickup trucks, with Mexico as the clear dominant non-US contributor for actual manufactured components, with Canada...
When ordering the base CT on Feb 24th, I hadn't test drove one yet, and a test drive was offered, but I declined because it would have been a Premium CT, and I didn't want to experience the air suspension. So my "wow factor" will be experienced with my CT in Sept-Oct. Having fun compiling my...
Just got offered to configure a non-Foundation CT but I'm around 402,000 in the queue! WTF! Did many thousands of pre-orders before me cancel? Why am I being offered a delivery in October/November when I'm so far down the list?!!! And how long do I have to configure before losing my place in...
When you turn on the 120v bed outlets, and then you turn off the CT, when you turn the CT back on, are the bed outlets on? (Do they remember their last state?). I know they may be off when the CT is off, but I am wondering if they turn back on when you turn on the CT. - Thanks!
Being around electronics and electrical connectors for over 50 years, I've learned that water and electricity don't mix. And water isn't great for metal parts either. And I realize a lot of people are saying that their charge ports have gotten wet and everything still works, but that doesn't...
This is what I was afraid of since the charge port door doesn't cover the charge port when it's open. Zoom into the attached photo and look at the water droplets inside the charge port, beyond the gasket. I hope this isn't going to be a problem.
