I thought one would get stolen by now but surprisingly not.
One kid yelled out "hey those are frig magnets" and I'm thinking "hey no need advertise it" cause then surely they would get stolen.
Anyone else experience the rear drive inverter fail?
I have 7100 miles on a dual motor. It failed when coming to a stop during regen. It disabled the rear motor and I was limited to 51 mph. Took a week to repair. I have an early vin. Just curious if this has happened to others
Thanks in...
Opinion: 2 months and over 4k miles later, we love it, this is an incredibly great truck. I got back in my F150 and put it up for sale immediately. The magic of this truck is in the combined experience. The longer you drive it the more you grow into its feature set.
If you don't need a...
We ran into this while 20-30min in off-road mode with 4 adults in the truck and some luggage with tonneau cover closed. It went away after sitting for a couple of minutes. The service people said it was just a warning but I need to try it again. I hope the air compressor isn't that weak.
I also broke my truck because we were off road getting out to take pictures and didn't realize it had moved out of offroad mode. The repair was $326 and they replaced the entire plastic skirt. Needs a software fix that asks to confirm to get out of off-road mode . Although we heard a...
Yep, I accidentally opened the tailgate from the screen on the dashboard. Might be good to have a 2ndary tab that comes up to confirm so that you hit it twice to open
Thanks but we've had ours for over a month now and put 3200 miles on it. Not surprisingly the more you drive it the more you love it. Forget the 4 years of analyzing specifications and features. It's the big items that all add up to make the driving experience next level. The steer by...
We now really appreciate that Tesla shrunk the CT down! Look at the difference between my F150 (just sold) and the CT where there is a walkaway to that side door. Its a huge impact when taking out the garbage.
I just laid a microfiber cloth over a squeegee after spraying on the glass cleaner. No extra gadgets needed. (squeegee is a must have tool for CT ownership). But admittedly we haven't yet found the ultimate squeegee. Ideally hope to find one that carries both a cloth and the blade while...
is it though?? What if there is some interaction between this new wall charger and the CT?
It actuall worked a couple of times at home and then quit all together. It was a pain watching sentry mode drain the battery when we were visiting our kids in AZ because the wall charger wouldn't work...
I also have a charging problem at home. As we're waiting for a level2 charging installation we must charge with the mobile connecter on 110 outlet in the garage. Problem is the mobile connecter fails to charge, goes to red after flashing blue. Tried different outlets on different circuits...
We actually took delivery on the 20th but not with our assigned VIN. Their pre inspection yielded a defect in the interior so they offered another truck that was ready.
We don't have time to read no Manual ahead of time. :)
The socal trip is just an overnight pit stop to make it to Mesa AZ the following day. The wife and I will be working from the road through most of the travel time so the CT will serve as a mobile office. We're timing our important...
