I received an email from a person from smart charge america they weren't proactive I had to contact them a few times. I signed the contract now they are waiting on the equipment from tesla, then they'll schedule the actual install date. Send me a dm I can send you their email if you don't have it.

Not that I know of, was generally smooth, there were scratches on the plastic trim that they will be resolving at service appointment. I've had experiences like this for other models though, they are usually conservative with their estimates in my opinion.
