  1. 7-pin Trailer Connection - No Power

This is a better view of the connector into the 7-pin receptacle, I would try pushing it in (towards the rear of the truck) and if you hear a click then it’s now seated all the way. There’s also a blue connector into the trailer controller in that area, but that’s a lever locking connector that...
  2. Anyone have a recommendation on a Screen Swivel?

I’ll second (or third or fourth) the benefits of the swivel. Got one from Anysix Oct of last year so paid a bit of a premium, but completely worth it for all the reasons people have mentioned. There is room for improvement…namely a vertical adjustment to raise the screen an inch or two would be...
  3. 2025.14.9 places my truck into CHILL mode when on FSD

Scroll down in the Dynamics menu and unselect use comfort dive mode in autopilot.
  4. Fixes for sheared light bar roof bolt?

Are those spot welded studs like the bolts over the bed? As a temp repair, you could grind down the rest of the stud, drill a hole, and bolt through? Not sure if the underside is accessible if you take off the cantrail.
  5. What do you do if you have a flat tire

Very true, the California air compressor is a bit overkill, but it does fit perfectly in the frunk and is pretty fast. I’ll pack other tools/things around the compressor so it doesn’t actually eat up that much room in the frunk.
  6. What do you do if you have a flat tire

Raising the suspension works great for CT repairs. Extract provides an incredible amount of space to work as CyberT mentioned, but I just used High mode this time. I don’t bother caring a jack unless I pack the spare (which conveniently carries a jack enclosed in the wheel if you get the Tesla...
  7. What do you do if you have a flat tire

Odd timing of a post…this just happened 20 minutes ago: Completely flat in about 20 seconds, just enough time to pull over. My solution is a patch kit and carry a compressor, back on the move 10 minutes later. I do carry a sidewall patch kit too, but have only ever had to repair punctures. I’ll...
  8. Airbag light on

Try the Safety and Restraints tab in service mode - that may show which module is causing the error. If you're lucky it's just a loose connector...
  9. Share your battery drain if you left your truck still for 2+ weeks recently

18 days, a bit under 80% start, currently 43%. It’s slowed to <10% loss per week with occasional peek at sentry mode cameras from the app but no cabin overheat mode. Moderate temps 60-70deg in a covered parking garage.
  10. interior : below cup holder question

Lots of important electronics…but the cover pops off easily so you could remove and drill off car. Downside is that panel is held on by clips only, so too much weight might pop it off during hard braking...
  11. Whoops; funny: Does anyone else have their CT mirrors adjust out of your settings?

Ha, yup, gotta save the mirrors. Hitting the wiper button, then scroll down on the left scroll wheel works too, quick with no screen taps needed. Alternately, you could add the wiper shortcut to the screen quick access, hit that then scroll down and you can turn the wipers off with no initial...
  12. The cost of OEM Off-Road Lightbar = $2500 Retail! Oof!

They might not want to reuse the light bar, but that sounds nuts. Maybe try the string saw decal removal technique to remove it from the windshield before you drop off it off for service?
  13. Burst a tube while inflating Cybertent - first use

Ordered it late May last year, but I think it didn’t show up until July. Hopefully yours is a warranty fix, but if not reaching out to heimplanet directly might help. They sell replacement bladders for their other tents for about $33. They advertise the cybertent but don’t sell it directly, so...
  14. Burst a tube while inflating Cybertent - first use

I think the two way pump feature is self contained in the pump, but now I’m curious on the purpose. I’ve never seen otherwise in other paddle board/ inflatables type pumps. The tube shown is a drop in replacement of any of the connections between each of the main tent sections. The bulge in the...
  15. Seat Mods - Fold Flat For Sleeping?

Did you do anything about the persistent airbag/restraint warnings or just ignore them for the trip?
  16. Burst a tube while inflating Cybertent - first use

That sounds extensive, but I am curious what sort of repair kits to have on hand in case something happens on a trip. 8 psi is pretty low pressure so a temp repair should be pretty easy. The relief valve looks like a T-connector that connects inline between the pump and hose. The branch part of...
  17. Burst a tube while inflating Cybertent - first use

That’s rough, did you have the relief valve connected in line with the pump? Where was the failure? Thought there were some repair items that came with the tent like one of the small connector tubes in there. If it’s one of the main tubes, maybe try an inflatable type patch kit.
  18. Cybertruck ERROR msg - "NO CONNECTION"

Schuyler doesn’t have the best ATT/Tmobile service (Tesla’s use one or the other), but shouldn’t offline street maps work with no reception? Do you have the latest navigation update downloaded?
  19. My air compressor is almost always running

It sounds pretty normal but hard to gauge how loud it is. The high cycling, on 80%, definitely isn’t normal, but I’m not surprised to see a long cycle on pickup. It could have just cooled while sitting after they tested it a bunch and the truck was just topping off. I’d monitor the pressures...
