Received config email and ordered 3/23, received VIN today 4/23. AWD. Was contacted about a week earlier about PowerShare and sending pictures videos for them to make plans and send out a contractor did not have a vin at that time.

I agree, seems only the second batch had some kind of time limit, probably will be the same moving forward. Maybe they can tell you have logged in and looked at it and that starts your clock or something?
