I wish Tesla give us more customization. I like chill but drive the speed limit or sometimes 5mph over. I can’t find a setting where it keeps the car from changing lanes unless it’s to follow the route and drive at the speed limit.
My CT will not drive the speed limit unless it’s on hurry...
Forgot about FSD. I was never a huge fan of FSD, but 14.2.1 is good. Very good. I think it's so good that we should be able to supervise from the back seat soon. We just need to help if it gets stuck in a parking lot or airport.
I would not had experienced 14.2.1 if I didn't own a CT so would...
Most of those EVs are box on frame. It's always soft and feel weird to drive. I like the Rivian R1S and would have gotten one if I had reserved it at $75k. I don't think its worth anything more above that. I love my CT beast, and the only thing I hate is I can't lay down in it. My kids does a...
This happens since I had the truck. It would try to park even though I'm in stop and go traffic. It thinks the right lane is a parking spot because it shows the parking spot on the screen. When it was v13, it asked me to touch the screen to park. Now, it does it by itself so I have to cancel...
Tried it in a short trip on standard and had to disengage a few times.
It kept trying to cross solid white line and was swerving left and right not knowing what to do with the blinkers On to the right. The right line is a buffer zone for cars to pull out of the parking space. Right is a wide...
Thanks. I came here checking to see why I still don’t have PowerShare with my PW2.
Could you link the site so I can check next year when I still don’t have?
AWD. You don't need the 0-60. It's fast, but not really use it everyday. The AWD also doesn't have the problem that the beast has which is the front wheels/motor losing power when going over bumps or slippery surfaces. There is something weird with the front motor on the Beast that I didn't...
Congrats. It’s your money and do what you like. I bought a condo for $60k in 1993 while in high school. This condo is bring in $2,700/ month in rent. Even making great money yearly with bonuses 2x of a Cybertruck, I still regret spending so much money on it. My previous cars before Teslas were...
Mine is named Dirt. I have not wash it since May of last year because I couldn't keep it clean and then I wrapped it in gray/bronze ppf. Now it just always look clean.
This is what I thought. The tax credit is taken at the time of sale, and in traditional dealerships the $7,500 is deducted from the sale. Not sure how Tesla handles this since they don't have a dealership. The dealership applies the credit themselves from the government.
This is good but when will FSD not drive solo in the carpool lane? Yes, I have use HOV turned off. FSD will cross double white lines to get into the HOV lane too.
I had my inverter recalled and it only took a day. They did the inverter, wiper motor, rear sail trim recall, and a half baked lightbar install all in a day. I wonder if they’ll contact me about the front motor replacement.
yeah, I believe so as well, but since I had my CT it would only been a year and half of use so I decided not too. Plus with FSD, I actually don’t care about traffic. Carpool lane is only 10 minutes faster. However, if they do extend it or have a new program, I’ll have the option if I decide to...
I wouldn’t worry too much about it. The problem is set to expire on Sept 2025. I have not applied for mine because I want to be eligible if there’s a new program afterwards.
Since it was a pain for them to understand the instructions they told me they will not order or install any more light bars. However, the new instructions indicated there is a new light bar v2 which doesn’t need any soldering. Hopefully, more service centers will start doing these again.
