Same here—ANC made absolutely zero effect for me. It was a placebo switch for Tesla to see if people actually believed they experienced a change. I'm just curious why they removed the placebo switch (maybe they collected enough data).
I updated to 2026.14.6.6 and now Active Road Noise Reduction disappeared entirely (no mention of it in the usual audio menu and not found in search). Anyone seeing this problem?
Did you ever get this fixed?
I've been having the same problem, but there's no consistency. I thought I just had bad luck with charging stalls.
I recently did a 1,000-mile road trip and had problems with 1/3 stalls. I had to keep moving around. The error made it sound like it was a...
Actually, there might be some truth in this one.
Sentry Mode caught this happy raccoon-lookalike thing writing profanities on the truck. She and her friend hit several Teslas in the parking lot that day. They're so cool and brave! They look like they live great lives.
Wait—are people unable to charge both AC and DC when PCS fails?
I thought PCS only affected AC charging. When my Model 3’s PCS completely died, I could still Supercharge it for 4 weeks until my appointment (Sterling, VA service refused to consider it urgent). But maybe the Cybertruck PCS is...
ANC is just to check off a box so they don’t get sued for false advertising. 4 years from now, Tesla will release AANC (Actual Active Noise Cancellation).
I've been encountering this multiple times over the past week. TeslaMate reports unhealthy status from the Tesla API, too (this happens for 1-2 hours every other day or so).
Tesla is screwing over their most loyal customers and it will burn them in the long run (especially with the Rivian R2 and other competition coming out soon). Buying a Tesla is now a shadier experience than legacy auto dealerships.
I can't stand Demuro's voice. He acts like he's always on cocaine. His earliest videos covering his life as a normal guy owning a used Ferrari were interesting, but it's been downhill since. All YouTubers become clickbaiters when they hit a million subscribers.
There's a setting in the Autopilot menu (or maybe it's in Dynamics) that will switch it to Comfort whenever FSD is activated. Maybe you have that enabled...?
I had this on before, but I didn't really notice a difference in the way FSD performed if it was in Comfort, so I switched it off for...
I don't think it's a PCS failure. A PCS failure will still allow you to set the max amperage to match the charger (the car just won't pull more amps than it's able to in a degraded state—and it'll display errors and why it's limiting itself). This was the behavior I experienced when I had a PCS...
Probably just synced to their clocks. Teslas periodically sync their clocks using one of the various time servers (or their own). That’s how you can do group light shows by setting every Tesla to start at the same time and they’re all in unison due to their matching clock times.
The synced turn...
Ah, another case of displaced rage by disgusting people. We shouldn't have to put up with this or any type of vandalism.
This animal is another one of society's bottom-of-the-barrel pawns who do the dirty work for people they blindly worship.
At a bare minimum, please report this to the...
