Just adding some more details on my order RN127088877. Originally ordered on February 14th. Converted to $59k on February 20th by sales rep (it is still showing that I am getting FSD for $8000. Latest Tesla Assist estimate is 2027. I live in Houston.
My AI assist is back to again saying 2027 for me....RN127088877...i had converted an existing AWD order into the 59k version...FSD fully paid is still showing up on my details....

I ordered an AWD Cybertruck on February 14tg with fully paid FSD, and today I was able to get my sales rep to switch my order to the standard AWD and keep tge FSD
I got the same notice. My VIN was 7G2CEHED0RA001232. I went ahead and cancelled my order. The cancellation page indicates that I will get back my original $100 reservation fee, but not my $250 order fee.
I almost just cancelled my order and got to the final page and it showed the $250 was non-refundable, but the original $100 would be refunded. This lines up with my understanding when I placed my $250 order fee and the agreements I had reviewed, but is contrary to what is listed in the order...
That language (along with the non-resale provision) was not in the listed terms when I placed my $250 deposit, but did appear afterwards in my order agreement.
When I quickly swipe to the far left in the app to move to my cybertruck, momentarily a string of numbers appears where me RN number is....and then that string of numbers gets replaced with my RN number
Any idea if these numbers mean anything? From I remember, awhile back with the model 3...
Thanks for posting the pre order agreement. I too noticed that although the text in the website said the $250 was non-refundable, the terms and conditions said it was. I was also surprised to see the non-resale clause be in my order agreement even though I didn’t agree to it. Who knows if...
Can someone who hasn’t placed their order yet click on the terms and conditions and see if this no resale language is there before you order. I read through everything before I placed my order and took some screen shots of the language, but didn’t save the whole thing, and this no-resale...
