Got it in DFW metroplex on CT but not S or 3. I'll have FSD, but S & 3 are NOT HW4, so my experience seems to confirm the consensus views as I understand them.
Happened to me yesterday (6/26) at low speed. Similar Thud/Jolt feeling as leaving driveway. Speed cap was 65 mph. VIN in the mid 900's. Mileage ~14.5k.
Error DL_a139 Rear Motor Disabled.
Service center got it just before closing, so no Dx yet.
If it is just the inverter, here's the draft...
Mine are ALSO on the rear passenger door. I can see four, and they have not faded over the first 6K miles and LOTS of washes. (No BKF or anything. Primarily just a mild detergent along with Isopropyl Alcohol. I also have a couple on the frunk lid, but they are much fainter and are seeming to...
I think you are either underestimating the number of people who can afford this as an experience, or you are overestimating the number of people who have that access to jump the queue.
I'm not trying to start an argument with you about it, but your example is instructive. My pricing structure is not the Turo rate, but rather it is less than 1/3 of the Turo rate. If you looked at leasing your lake house at an annualized rate of $200 a night, that would be about $6,000 a month...
Maybe that's it. I was looking at what seemed like a normal medium term rental scenario and for how long the exclusive novelty/premium might last, and my walk out purchase price. To be fully transparent, I have been approached by people looking at a lease with option to purchase idea. That is...
So much vitriol. I'm neither a scammer or a scalper in any traditional sense. There is really no reason to throw shade.
I purchased and drove my OG Model S P85 in December 2012. I would still be driving her today except she got totaled in a hit and run in October 2021. We placed an early...
There are different ways to look at it. At less than $275/day it is well under the novelty Turo rate. The idea is to offer the exclusivity and first mover advantage to someone who can afford it and is interested in that.
100k for 12 months; 65k for 6 months is my initial thought.
UPDATE: Here is what I've come up with. . .
1 Year @ $96k ($267/day)
6 Months @ $58,500 ($325/day)
3 Months @ $36,000 ($400/day)
I will work closely with the lessee to assist with any warranty repairs or other issues that come up...
As pictured, I just picked up my Cybertruck. The intention was for this to be my daily driver for the next 10+ years. Both the price and exclusivity of the car makes me reconsider that plan for the time being.
Since I don’t have any desire for a side-gig as a Turo host, I am prepared to offer...
Just Submitted.
A couple of notes:
Order # and Reservation # are the same as far as I can tell.
Delivery Location during ordering specified home delivery without other options that I remember seeing (this is in Texas)
One additional point of confirmation that FSD is included with the Foundation Package:
When ordering, there was a breakdown shown of the Foundation Package. It attributed $12K to FSD. It probably said "capability" but I was not paying careful of attention.
Unfortunately, I did not think to...
I don't have a screen grab, but one of the screens during ordering showed a partial breakdown of the $20K Foundation package. It had $12K listed for the FSD. I presume is said FSD Capability, but I wasn't paying that close of attention.
I got a text with that offer again this morning. I thought it was bizarre to begin with considering that I have two Tesla's already on my account. Even more bizarre now that I have a 3 an S and a CT order in the account.
You would think they would do a better job with their targeted marketing...
