I suspect that lease options will re-appear 1-2 monthsafter these trucks are being delivered and the residual value is set. Make the change then just to be safe though.

Was the taillight “bar” on your former RWD the same as what is coming w/ the new basic AWD model? Or was the RWD taillight the same look as the Premium AWD + Beast? Those two small square taillights look kinda silly without the bar….

Wondering if anyone else noticed the Inventory 2024 AWD CTs are no longer eligible for leasing? Granted it was only a $1600 reduced price vs the $80k 2025 AWD so it wasn’t a huge price difference anyways - but for folks who are leasing and not worried about re-sale value of a 2024 model year vs...

There was an AWD with 10 miles on it and a “previous repair” that had about $5k off. Pretty sweet deal, but the ding on its permanent record may not have been worth it.

Yep - for folks who don’t qualify for the $7500 FTC, is a $1600 discount worth taking a 2024 model year (which we all know is the exact same truck, but on paper maybe hits the resale value down the road)? I would go for the 2024 if it was at least a $4k discount. And once all the 2024 inventory...

Noticed that some of the <$80K inventory CTs still don’t qualify for the tax credit. I wonder if they were produced last month with overseas battery components?

Interesting observation: not all the existing $79.9K 2025 AWD cars in inventory appear to eligible for the tax credit. Curious if it’s something related to battery component sourcing that might have change in the last few weeks?

Agree. If you need the 15k mile/yr term and end up returning it in 3 yrs rather than buying out, you basically pay around $42k (assuming referral discount etc). Not a terrible move considering pace of EV improvements and (probable?) gen 2 CT which make make depreciation >$42K…
