Looks like this issue is fixed. Around February 7th it connected back to the app without me rebooting the system and I had no data since December 11. Since February 7th, it is working as intended.

It doesn't need to be a big shop. There are professionals that have small businesses that are as good as TSportsline and OCD, maybe even better since they do all the work themselves and don't have a weak or new installer working for them. The shop I use is one guy that has been wrapping cars...

I got my Cybertruck wrapped by someone that is only 1 person shop and he gets help with someone for tinting windows. There are many shops that are 1/2 people and these may be some of the best shops around to get work like this done. I don't agree with this statement at all.

That is horrific for that price. It is horrible even for free... I paid $8500 for my PPF, but that included window tinting and also a ceramic coat. The shop that did mine in Fresno was amazing. He would have never let that leave his shop.

I have decided to not watch any YouTube videos that use clickbait titles a month ago. I also quit social media. The world is a lot more peaceful for me. That video will never be watched by me.

Even if you were able to get your hands on a gateway, Tesla controls the software and you couldn't use it anyways for home back up.

I have never had an EV battery degrade 10-15% the first year. More like 5% and that is driving about 20,000 miles plus the first year. It will level off, but don't expect this type of degradation the first year.

Wrapping a vehicle is an art. I would much rather use an individual that is an expert in wrapping than whoever gets assigned to your vehicle at Tesla. I used a company in Fresno and he does great work. Obsidian Red PPF.

That is not a wall connector. That is the mobile connector. The universal wall connector will be installed when you get the power share. It is a different unit that interfaces with the gateway.
