Pre-Owned Used Cybertrucks Now Available in Tesla Inventory

What Doug may have meant to say "I don't know how to attract Cybertruck buyers to Cars&Bids. Heck, I don't know how to attract sellers either. A lot of Cybertrucks are selling at decent values, I just want my slice of the action so I'll make an inflammatory video to drive clicks and hopefully...

Pre-Owned Used Cybertrucks Now Available in Tesla Inventory

That was a flash sale if there ever was one. Good prices too, was considering swapping my 24 FS AWD for a Beast. Requested and received a trade in number quite quickly. Just a $8,000 difference for the upgrade to the Beast, another three months of warranty since it was a later build but I'd...

No-Drill Lower Bumper Grille insect/debris Cover Insert

New update on the mesh grill - it's going to be another 1-2 months. I know it's frustrating but patience is a good thing. I'm working with another vendor on a Cybertruck accessory I installed this weekend and it's definitely NOT ready for primetime. Gave them the feedback, they pulled the...

Side window sunshades for in-truck camping

I received these side window sunshades from EVBase to test out. Super simple install, two suction cups per shade and they just stick on the front and rear side windows, that's about it. Can probably install all four in under two minutes if you push the pace. Do an impressive job of keeping...

CB vs AWD in handling…the data!

even better for local roads if you have deep puddles or flowing water coming perpendicular to the driving surface with pooling here and there. Having all four wheels powered on keeps things very stable.

CB vs AWD in handling…the data!

Agree, and would be nice to just call it 'four wheel drive'. I bet most CT owners don't know what 'slippery surface mode' actually does.

Any idea what these are called? [Update: Fairings]

It all depends on temperature, speed of travel, inclines/declines, etc. but in level terrain at 55-65mph I get 333 Wh/mi at 75-95 degree ambient temps.

CB vs AWD in handling…the data!

don’t forget “slippery surface mode” which forces four wheel drive. i use it in any snow/ice conditions which have become far too frequent in the northeast

Is it reasonable for Tesla to agree to buy it back at this price? (2024 Cybertruck Foundation)

$94,300 or so? with 27K miles? That's above what you'll get selling it anywhere today by a decent chunk. Take the money and run, don't wait.

Epic 280 Mile FSD 14.3.2 Road Trip from NJ to MA with Zero Interventions

Sub-freezing battery temps definitely negatively impact range. Once you do a road trip with Cybertruck on FSD you realize there is no going back. The future is now.

Epic 280 Mile FSD 14.3.2 Road Trip from NJ to MA with Zero Interventions

I forget my charge, something like 20-90% so the pack was nice and hot after charging. Efficiency tends to be better when the electrons can flow more freely which seems to occur at higher ambient temps and certainly at higher pack temps.

they take very little pressure to open. maybe if you live in a hot, dry climate and it’s parked outdoors I could see the plastic getting brittle over time. But that’s probably 8-10 years away.
