With the 6-foot bed, we really need a bed extender. Like what is available for every other pickup. When flipped over it works as a bed divider.

Unfortunately, I see the same. It never opens on its own but the physical buttons are very hit-and-miss.

I was annoyed, but after 4 years of waiting, no way that was going to prevent me from taking delivery. The service center already held it for 7 days before notifying me...I only know when it arrived at the SC by reviewing the Sentry videos.
