Pretty sure the next service appointment you have, Tesla will be compelled to perform the recall. So unless you never need service again in the future, this would be acceptable.
Well well well. Here goes more $$ out of my pocket for a re-wrap. It's not my fault as well. Wondering if any remedy exists for this?
What about folks that used Tesla's official wrap? Would they be compensated? If so, why would individuals that used 3rd parties be left out of remediation?
You are correct. This is a comprehensive claim. My insurance company (USAA) confirmed.
I have not removed the object as it is lodged tight in the front of the vehicle firmly. Looking forward to Tesla Service removing it, and showing what it really was.
Crazy thing is I was following the lead...
Hello everyone, I’ve got a wild one for you Cybertruck owners. I had a run-in with some rogue roadway debris on the San Francisco Bay Bridge the other day, and I’m still processing the repair experience that is underway. Truck is at the Dublin (Houston Place) repair center, waiting for insurance...
Update from today.
Dropped off the truck at the service center, and to my surprise, there is an another individual there for the exact same reason! The other truck also had the exact same issues and errors. Early VINs. After talking with the service center rep, he reported that personally had...
The same thing just happened to me. About 5000+ miles on the truck. VIN 1964. Was driving about 30mph when the truck abruptly shuddered like I slammed on the brakes and made a loud thunk from the back. I’m currently in limp mode and awaiting service as the vehicle had to be towed into the shop...
Exact same issue here. I believe this is the "Self Leveling" feature. At first I thought this was "Raise / Lower Suspension at this Location". Though I deleted all of my saved points, still happens.
What is more interesting is the fact the interior door panel is powder coated black. It is not the default stainless steel. Moreover the interior is the new Stealth option.
I am thinking she had her vehicle tuned up aftermarket, and this is a non-standard configuration.
Update: TeslaFi is showing this is rolling out. 8 Vehicles so far showing the update installed. Many vehicles are "Pending Software Update" once WiFi is available.

Agreed it is a poor sample size. Though some data showing rollout. These are real owners cars. I have purchased TeslaFi, so my truck is in that data set.
It has not gone out yet. You can track via TeslaFi Firmware Tracker. 49 vehicles registered. None have it so far.

I do not have any rattles in my AWD CyberTruck. Be aware that multiple Service Bulletins have been created for rattling issues. You can see the list here, and linked below for reference. I would recommend scheduling a service appointment to determine if these apply to your vehicle.

Metal. High quality with an on/off lock. The hard case is fantastic. I will not use the towels as Costco microfiber are the GOAT. Pictures below. Also the ingredients for the Stainless Steel wash. Mainly a soap ( Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate ) and Salt. It is not a wax. After application the...
