I am confused now. I got invited to order the FS that I will not move forward with, and wait for the non FS AWD. I called Tesla and they just said to keep waiting until the non FS is available. So basically not order the FS and then downgrade, but instead just wait for it to be available.

Excellent, thanks for the info. It seems like the ideal approach if money is an issue, is to go with the AWD with zero extras, and then purchase what really interests you. Plus, you get the extra range of the smaller tires.

Sorry, I plan to purchase the AWD. I may plan to go for the AWD non FS as I prioritize range, powershare and tax credit over FSD, big tires and wheels plus the other extras.
