    There weren't really any conditions other than I could wait 6 months to see if non FS Cybertrucks were being produced at that time. I can actually change my mind at any point and put myself back in line for the FS Cybertruck. I am guessing if they aren't I could do another 6 month hold.

    Not sure on VIN. I don't recall ever having one. They just called me up and said come get your Cybertruck in the next 4 days. And the app said I had to accept the new conditions. The app now says "Your delivery is on hold. Let us know if things have changed and you are now ready for delivery."
