This design looks great! And, did you say it works with a bed mat? That’s the biggest flaw with the Tesla OEM design is that it doesn’t work with aftermarket mats. If this is cheaper and more universal, big win over the factory design!

Minimal range lost! I still got 300 miles to a charge and that’s good enough for me! Speed is still there, though I’d report a 5-10% loss in take off speed. I also don’t exceed 90 mph, don’t really have a need to lol.
