Mine failed really early. The service center said that they hadn't seen the issue come up in any other Cybertruck. It took about a week for the part to arrive for the fix. I hope my second PCS failure occurs under warranty. 😬
I don't really get any hate when driving during rush hour to and from work with people who have jobs. It's when I'm driving outside of the employed person time frame that I tend to get the most hate.
I had the same thought for a little while when it was really bad. I even test drove some of the other including the Hummer EV. That one was the most fun. None of them are as good as the CT it would be a very expensive downgrade.
Yep in 5 years when my CT is worth only 20k it won't make sense to trade it in or sell it. It does make sense, however, to leave it plugged in as a whole house back up when I'm out being driving around in my new one with AI5.
I've got both FSD and Toyota Sense 2.0 and I can confirm Toyota doesn't nag. Especially when it shuts off in the middle of a sharper than gentle turn on the highway. No nagging. Kind of frightening, but not in a nagging kind of way.
I wrapped mine, but one of my neighbors just takes his through the wash frequently and reports that fingerprints are a non issue. I think he finally got manufacturing oil off. I have two other friends that don't do anything. Their trucks are very dirty lol.
I had a few days with long power outages, on one of those days I had to leave the house and take my wife's car so that the truck could continue to give them power. Later in the day she needed to leave and left the house without power. In these situations it would be nice to have a powerwall as...
I think it is the luck of the draw. I've been to the shop a few times. I have an earlier VIN. Have had it over a year now. Most of the issues were minor annoyances. I did have a problem with my power conversion system and Tesla replaced that. It took a week to get the part but they gave me a...
How far? I drove it on a 350 mile road trip on FSD. It was great! Many here have gone much further. I live about 1000 miles from Florida but I wouldn't hesitate to take the CT there.... My wife on the other hand still doesn't trust electric.
I agree. I think if they listed at $59900 it would sell really well, especially with the $7500 in government refund. Seems like the dropped 20k of equipment off of it so that price doesn't seem like a stretch. ?
