Thanks. I've been in contact with the installer and will check again. I just got someone from Tesla on the phone at 650-681-6133. They said it may be they need to whitelist my account. He's going to update me on the case by tomorrow.

How long did it take Tesla to activate your home Powershare? I'm going on 2 weeks. My installation was May 28.
