  1. Rat died down in tonneau opening now what???

I’ve got some of those. It probably would help until whatever it is desiccates. Some rubbers and plastics are degraded by ozone. Are the Cybertrucks’s materials ozone safe?
  2. Rat died down in tonneau opening now what???

I can see how some thing could get stuck down there. I didn’t try to take that black divider with the sound shield on it apart. Once I got the bed up there didn’t seem to be a good place for me to stand to work in the area without putting my weight of the components of the air suspension...
  3. My Cybertruck Interior Stinks

I can smell it in the cabin. It’s much stronger in the bed. It seems to be coming from the compartment, the bed cover rolls up into. It smells like a dead animal. I’m only guessing but possibly an iguana crawled in there to keep warm during a recent cold snap and died. Has anyone else had...
  4. FSD 14.2.1 (Update 2025.38.9.6) Rolling Out

I was offered 14.2 this morning. I’m still on 14.1.7 Am I reducing the likelihood of receiving 14.2.1 by not downloading 14.2? 14.1.7 has resulted in me experiencing the brake stabbing effect occasionally when FSD moves from a stop sigh or stop light. In the traffic environment I most often...
  5. FSD v14.2 update rolling out now (including Cybertrucks)

My subjective observation is that attention alerts occur much more frequently if I’m wearing a hat with a brim while driving. I’ve made a habit of removing my hat in the truck and it seems to have reduced the number of alerts.
  6. Software Update 2025.32.8

First time ever for me, FSD tried to make a left turn through a red left arrow at an intersection where it had previously obeyed the light signals. This happened on 2025.32.8
  7. Scammed again by the world’s richest man.

I was just kind of ruminating about how to spend my Tesla wallet since they wouldn’t let me buy the Xpel tinting in the Tesla store. I’ve bought a circuit board and refreshed my old juice box charger from OpenEVSE. Then had some interesting stuff running on open source software that I was able...
  8. Scammed again by the world’s richest man.

Hi Terry, Wouldn’t selling be kind of like surrendering? I’ve always had a hard time doing that. I’ve kept this one for about 45 years.
  9. Scammed again by the world’s richest man.

I’ve had the truck for almost year and a half. I’ve just a little over 3,500 miles on the odometer. It’s admittedly the most comfortable road vehicle I own, especially if I remember to pre cool it. I can’t say it’s the fastest, most maneuverable, longest range or even most fun. I’ve only...
  10. Scammed again by the world’s richest man.

If that gain is using my $1,800 Tesla wallet to buy the Xpel tinting advertised in the Tesla store via the Tesla app, you are correct.
  11. Scammed again by the world’s richest man.

No joke serious reply. Day one reservation holder, Under 2,000 serial number. When my truck was delivered, it was the first Cybertruck I saw. Don’t you remember when they first became available, Tesla only had them displayed only in a few locations. Even if you traveled to see one, you...
  12. AWD w/Cyber Wheels and FSD for $66,140

Congratulations to you. I’ve felt taken advantage of by every Tesla transaction. It’s good to know it possible to get a better deal. Your’ll be driving essentially the same vehicle I have for literally half the money I spent. In addition you likely skip all the bugs and recalls still...
  13. Scammed again by the world’s richest man.

I appreciate your reply. I find little super about super charging. I tried one once, wait for a space, fend off the guy who jumped into the spot I was waiting for. Wait while you charge. Pay much more for the juice my own Hundai Heavy Industry Solar array is pumping out to the grid. What...
  14. Scammed again by the world’s richest man.

I bought a cybertruck. It’s not what it was purported to be. It was a foundation series, the entire package was never delivered. To compensate it’s customers credit was placed in a “Tesla Wallet “ in the Tesla app. At this point I have $1,800.00 that will disappear in December. When TheTesla...
  15. Wiper dry wipes

I think about 90 % of my wind shield wiper swipes have been uncommanded dry wipes. It’s actually gotten more frequent, and now I’m approaching the point the blade needs to be replaced. How can Tesla expect this won’t alienate its customers. I put my deposit down on a car that was never going...
  16. New style round wheel covers-- where do rear tabs align?

Can you air to the tire without removing this wheel cover?
  17. FSD 13.2.9 now downloading (release notes)

Thank you for the video. In it you appear to change from chill fsd mode to hurry via the steering wheel controls and not the touchscreen menu. I didn’t know this was possible. Would you please tell me how you did it? thanks
  18. FSD 13.2.9 now downloading (release notes)

I’m guessing with AI programming, no one really fully knows how the software was changed. That’s why the release notes lack practical information. My initial impression of driving with this release is no obvious improvement, possibly worse performance. It seemed to improve after several...
