Not true, after my badge and before my appointment, I was working in a rural area 100 miles away from any Supercharger and towing 5000 pounds. My only alternative was 3rd party chargers and this was not a place you wanted to be after dark. IF (and I was not) I had been stranded there, I would...
It will do this with mine when the temps are low at night when it is charging to my limit. In the day, when it warms up quickly and the sun is shining on it, the range increases.
And now the completion date/time is Thursday at 4:30. Great, 4:30 the day before Good Friday. I had taken the day off to spend with family - only upside is that family is available to help me pick it up. NC Service Centers still come up with creative ways to f things up.
I know, this sounds...
It's just so frustrating. They FINALLY called me about 10 minutes ago. The repair was originally going to be compete by 4 today, but since they screwed it up, they put another truck in front of mine. Now, I've inconvenienced folks that were going to help me pick it up today. The only answer...
Nope, still the same crappy service. 1) they wouldn't give me a loaner, so I had to drop off over a weekend so I wouldn't have to ask someone else to get off work to take me. 2) let them know it was in the parking lot. 3) my appointment was at 8am today and I get a message that I have missed...

Holy cow! I used it for the first time the other day and my wife and I were like, "what is that noise"? We live in the South, so using defrost is not normal, but we had a cold snap. Thought it was something new and didn't put the two together.
Raleigh is NOTHING like that. We've owned 5 Tesla's and of course had SC visits with all of them. Raleigh is horrible to deal with and it's the closest to me, but still 2 hours away.
Unfortunately, I am two hours away from SC and the NC SCs are NOT easy to deal with. They are very stingy with loaners and put a 100 mile limit on driving them (I live 110 miles away). I envy y'all with good SCs.
Quite frankly, after reading this forum, I was looking out for it ever since I turned 30k on the odometer. Otherwise, I don't know that I would have noticed the slow charging, since I charge overnight. Seems like most on this forum report it in the 30k mile-range. But there have been a few...
