YIKES! This sucks and sorry it happened to you. I never let FSD drive in parking lots / into parking spots. Just too risky. Hopefully Service can fix it on the house.

They replaced my door - now the new door is failing just like you had suggested... for the folks who had it fixed - can you give me the names of the service centers / locations? The service manager at my SC wants to contact your managers and get the fix. REALLY appreciate it.

Can you post picture of yours please? I got mine done a while back right after the updated process and they did use the new process to put mine on. Its been rock solid and ive driven 200KPH+ for long stretches to test it.

They gave me a Whole new door and mirror - also I installed weather stripping to cover the gaps between the fender & door and now my CB is whisper quite up to 120kph. then it gets loud from windsheild noise.

So Tesla service gave me my truck back and they didn’t fix anything. They also damaged my wrap + broke a plastic piece at the bottom of the fender. I’m now going in again in a month for the same issues… SIGH

I looked extensively into this and was not able to get it to work. I have a bunch of other shortcuts but the pop open door isnt available via the API to shortcuts. SIGH.

How do the replacement "pods" work? Do they ship you a new stone every month? Or is it that you keep the stone you have you and drop your oil onto the original stone pod?
