I did two different surveys shortly after order (12/27) and haven't heard back and I am taking delivery Friday. SC told me that they would only be able to contact me after my delivery - not sure if that's geographic or what.
It certainly seems like every SC and then every person at that SC has a different story! A few weeks ago I got connected to someone at the SC who seemed like she was "in charge" and has been very helpful since then. Hopefully you can find someone like that!
Correct. Received VIN in app (no email) around 12pm and called Brandon Service Center shortly thereafter. They could see truck was scheduled to them between Monday and Wednesday next week so they scheduled me on Friday to be safe.
