From service:
Confirmed PCS failed internally. Replaced PCS and installed harness ferrite. Vacuumed coolant system and filled to max. Ran coolant air purges. Vehicle is now operating as intended.
And I never got a PCS error. Just the 48volt system error which bricked the truck. Worrisome for...
Actually. I did get the reduced charging at home during the summer months. I live in Arizona as it gets super hot in here I thought it was related to that. But I called Tesla they thought it was the wall charger and sent me all a new wall charger. I haven't installed the new wall charger yet. So...
I believe the last supercharging session I was getting a full 325 KW. I'm just hoping they replace it anyways since it is there for service. Because I'm getting close to the 50k warranty.
Early foundation owner here. Yesterday I got a bunch of errors including the 48 volt system. I was out of town so I was using the supercharger network. After charging and parking the truck for the night I tried to leave the next day and got many errors. I had to have Tesla roadside tow it to the...
After much deliberation. Tesla service found a loose bushing on the air compressor. And rubbing on the compressor bracket. They will replace the compressor bracket and air compressor. They kept telling me there was no issue. So I have to bring it back in a few weeks because the parts have to be...
Just trying to avoid a complete failure or a roadside service visit. I sent them 5 videos of the noise. Just replace the Damm compressor. It's a new truck under warranty!
I told them it sounded like a compressor. I even screenshotted your reply of having your air compressor replaced. They have multiple videos of this noise I have sent them. Yet this is their reply.
Sounds like what will happen to me. I just received a message from Tesla. Basically they are wanting it to fail completely and me bring it back in. Or leave me stranded like it happened to you. I love Tesla but these are the issues that I hate about Tesla as well. We own multiple Teslas so I'm...
Yea. I talked to the actual technician. And like I said so far he said he cannot replicate the issue. So we will see. But this is definitely not acceptable. I just don't want have to bring the truck back multiple times until there is a complete failure.
This noise happens everyday. They said they are not getting any errors from the air compressor. And this is what I told them the issue was. It sounds like an air compressor issue. They say it is fine.
Just dropped off the truck yesterday for this weird noise. So far they cannot replicate this noise. But I have sent them four videos of this. So far they are saying everything is fine. And this noise is when the truck is idle. Not moving.
