Tesla got back to me and are sending a mobile tech out early next week. It’s a configuration issue that can’t be reset via OTA. Sounds like maybe the firmware can’t select the new sound?
Every update message was successful, but no horn sound here either. Toy box horns work fine.
One data point, I’m visiting family and the truck has no WiFi connection. I did hotspot it to my phone for a few and tried again, but another success message and still nothing.
