Howdy- I had significant lines in my sail panel- the largest piece … I documented it at pick up and they’re replacing the entire panel. I would just escalate the issue up if they don’t make it right. Sorry this happened but I bet they get it fixed up.

Picked up truck today in Irvine- currently own two Model Ys so familiar with Tesla. Associate was friendly but during walkthrough and set up truck had a warning on dash for service & alignment. He called techs in back and said it was an all day job and I could leave the truck and pick up later...
