I have it too. I have a large group of X followers about 30. Heh heh.
The parking assist feature helps a lot when trying to park perpendicularly and also right in the middle. I can see the lines via the monitor so that helps a lot.
I am experiencing many zero intervention drive these days using FSD. There's one spot in the highway where FSD gets confused with the right/left lane split, and there's one tollbooth where FSD is a little bit unsure (but does pass through the toll gate eventually), but other than that, I'm...
Thanks for the reply. I read somewhere that the Universal version has some kind of special wiring architecture that makes it better compared to the standard Wall Charger. I don't quite remember the details but the standard one cannot feed power back to the house under certain conditions whereas...
When it comes to Universal Wall Charger installations, does it require an electrician that has been approved by Tesla and has some kind of special access into the Tesla app ecosystem? I read through the installation documents and it seems like the installer has to do something special in a...
I am looking into buying this as well. Are there any downsides to installing these?
- does it scrape the road when going over speed bumps? (My Model 3 mud flaps sometimes do, although it doesn't bother me that much)
- does it impact aero efficiency by a lot? I'm thinking it won't be that...
Thanks for the update. Given the various inputs from everyone, I'll go the simple route and just replace my current mobile charger connected to the NEMA 14-50 with a Universal Wall Charger (or just the ordinary Wall Charger).
Thanks for the info. I have a 200 amp service too but my breaker box is full (with one 60A breaker power line dedicated for one NEMA 14-50), so perhaps I'll just keep things simple and install one wall charger (currently using the mobile charger). Having two sounds a bit too complex for my taste.
This forum is truly great. Another question that I had was if you setup two wall connectors, do you have to do something special so that the two chargers talk to each other and don’t overload the circuit?
And I presume PowerShare is not yet activated?
thank you.
Thanks for sharing this. I was worried that this injury was a CyberTruck specific issue but looks like it could have happened by any vehicle parked on a slope.
Thank you very much for this super useful response, I couldn't get a straight answer from anyone, but now I have one thanks to you. Good thing as I can save a bit of money on the wall connector, so I'll put that money towards the CyberTruck Cargo Bed Divider. :)
Thanks for the info. I'm also contacting a Tesla support person, so I'll update the thread when I find out more. The confusing thing is that I see the following text in the Tesla FAQ page. The highlighted text makes things confusing...
I already have solar panels and Tesla Powerwalls. I'll be getting the CyberTruck next week and was wondering if someone could help me with the following questions.
(1) If I have solar panels + 3 Power Walls, can I still get the PowerShare feature?
(2) Can I guy the cheaper Wall Connector and...
