  1. Cybertruck hits 500kW charging speed with just unveiled V4 Cabinet!

Has anyone done a recent charge curve chart at an 800v charger? Curious if it's gotten any better
  2. Cybertruck Adventure Log: Trying to Be the First (documented?) EV Through the WA-BDR

We all were surprised, I think it was a miscommunication on our part because we each assumed someone had brought some. Turns out we all didn't 😅 I'm with you on this. While tow charging is not recommended, I would absolutely do that in a pinch. I also didn't expect to run into that problem on...
  3. Cybertruck Adventure Log: Trying to Be the First (documented?) EV Through the WA-BDR

A Chainsaw or even a good handsaw would have been better than the little 3"saw we had :ROFLMAO: I might look into adding an electric chainsaw to my list here soon. Especially if I find a different way to mount the spare tire. Yeah, I didn't expect that to happen but it was a nice little backup...
  4. Cybertruck Adventure Log: Trying to Be the First (documented?) EV Through the WA-BDR

Section 6 - Final Update Post: We pushed late into the evening the night before, and setup camp in the dark. While we suspected a really good view in the morning, we were all blown away with the ~270 degree views around us. Somehow we had parked at the very top of a hillside, and could see for...
  5. Cybertruck Adventure Log: Trying to Be the First (documented?) EV Through the WA-BDR

Oh man, Baby Head was such a let down :ROFLMAO: I expected it to be tougher than it was. The Jungle was probably the hardest section of the entire trip. Totally do-able stock. How did you get a flat in the Jungle? (I also owe everyone here a section 6 post)
  6. Cybertruck Adventure Log: Trying to Be the First (documented?) EV Through the WA-BDR

Oh wow that's fantastic! What routes did you take on the trip, and did your disperse camp? I know exactly where you took the photo with the three trucks, I was tempted to put my truck there and decided against it xD If you are serious about the flaring delete kit I would take you up on that...
  7. Cybertruck Adventure Log: Trying to Be the First (documented?) EV Through the WA-BDR

Alright, sorry for my delay here in typing up Section 5 & 6. I'll start with section 5: Section 5 was one heck of an adventure. The day started out very easy, aided by the fact we had stayed in a motel that night. The rain and cold weather the night before was brutal, so it was imperative we...
  8. Cybertruck Adventure Log: Trying to Be the First (documented?) EV Through the WA-BDR

Hahaha yeah, they could be easier. Right now my passenger side one is holding a good bit of water LOL! We are getting moving for the day!
  9. Cybertruck Adventure Log: Trying to Be the First (documented?) EV Through the WA-BDR

Absolutely! I can't tell you for sure his mpg, but what I can tell you is we paid about the same at every fill up. He has the V8 w/o turbo. It's only about a year old. He definitely has better range than me, but the stopping has not been a big deal. In fact it's been nice because it forces us...
  10. Cybertruck Adventure Log: Trying to Be the First (documented?) EV Through the WA-BDR

We made it to Chelan and our friends in the f150 peeled off Funny enough I read the Tesla off-road guide and saw they recommended to remove the wheel covers and aero fairings. I didn't think this trip would have any obstacles that might cause a problem 😅 Live and learn! I've been running the...
  11. Cybertruck Adventure Log: Trying to Be the First (documented?) EV Through the WA-BDR

End of day update, I'll keep this one short. We are all tired 😴 It turns out where we camped last night was a fairly popular road, so off-road traffic started waking me up at 5am. By 6am I gave up trying to sleep, and decided to run the few miles into Ellensburg to recharge and stop in at Les...
  12. Cybertruck Adventure Log: Trying to Be the First (documented?) EV Through the WA-BDR

I tried Jack mode and a bunch of different suspension settings. I'm not at all sure why we kept lifting the front wheel off, other than the fact we weren't on level ground which made it a bit sketchy. Admittedly too, the truck kept automatically putting it in jack mode on its own 😅
  13. Possibly out of range and stuck?

Weight won't have that dramatic of an impact on your range. You should be good, unless you are towing
  14. Cybertruck Adventure Log: Trying to Be the First (documented?) EV Through the WA-BDR

Well Guys, Section 2 is a wrap! (Okay that's a lie, I'm camping about 4 miles from the end point). Once again, I'm typing this on my phone so please forgive grammer and other problems. Today was one heck of an adventure. All started normal with a bit of a late start after eating a delicious...
