I just received a refund by paper check in the mail for one of my reservations. Just shot off the email for my other canceled reservation. For some reason they wouldn't do both at the same time. Fingers still crossed. Best of luck to @exdxgxe4life.
My contact with them was through emailing [email protected]. Try pinging them again. After about 3 weeks of waiting I emailed them for a follow up and got a response in a day or two.
