Got mine today. Okay job looks worst than before. I suggest ya’ll wait for this fix. It could be one of the hardest to get the gaps balanced, side pieces flushed, and edges aligned. Mine has one or two spot weld joint that bleeds thru from the extreme heat.
This is provide structural strength for the middle section of car. I wonder if is damaged due to stress?
Anyone had this serviced please provide comments.
No. Was going to try ArmorAll protectant wipe but it could be temporary. I think Tesla should make some fine adjustments so the materials won’t squeak. There are interferences or tolerance issues..
Thank you Tmeyer3 for your advice. It is definitely easier to bend 6AWG vs. 4AWG. I am going with Southwire 4/3 MC with 3/4” connector, 3/4” single hole conduit straps and a mc bushing. I used Sigma for cabling accessories.
Thanks Wade. I agree. 4 awg is best for a 60A breaker as this is considered continuous duty. I will use MC 4/3 will cap the neutral for future NEMA 14-50. (y)(y)
Does anyone have an ignoring noise coming from the steering column while turning. Squeaky noise sounds like plastic on plastic when turning or pulling on steering yoke. Noise produces when squeezing base of yoke too.
