I just had a nice and short conversation with local Tesla rep and based on his suggestion, got this VIN refused. He (I assume) said that I am going back in a rapid que to have another vehicle assigned, hopefully more to my liking.

I will be refusing delivery unless they fix everything prior to payment, or they can refund my deposit. I am not after reselling the vehicle, so I don't care if I get it asap, or ever at this point. This shit is just insulting.

Thanks for the reply. My vin is (was) 7G2CEHED8RA011250 I am thinking of refusing it, unless local tesla body shop says they can redo the windscreen, it is obviously glued in lower than should. Their shop is only 10 min away, I can stop by and show them the video tomorrow. WTF kind of business...
