Not to be the bearer of bad news but I’ve had my FSCT for 5 weeks and no voucher… got an email today from customer service saying there is no ETA on when they will send the email. They directed me to the PowerShare page when clearly states we should have received the $2,500 voucher
In my case I just talked to them twice on the phone and declined. This is so confusing. I will reach out to the installation company tomorrow and see what they have to say. Their processes are jacked up!
I am in the same situation. It’s been over a month and no email or voucher. I can’t get a hold of anyone to inquire about the this issue. Did you actually talk to a live person that confirmed this? I can’t believe this is the customer service one gets after dropping $120+K on truck!!! Venting...
