    My vin (assigned 5/7) is just under 12000 and delivery is pending the wiper issue. So I’d say earlier VINs are not necessarily excluded.

    When you call, press 1 for vehicles, 1 for deliveries, wait for voice prompt, say delivery, press 1, press 2. That’s how I’ve been able to ring the phone for the delivery team at my SC. They answer maybe 1 out of every 8 calls or so. But keep trying and you can get someone on the phone eventually

    The worst part was the first time they called the night before. The second time was the morning before. I’m 3 hours away, I have to line up babysitting and a car service to take me there. All my friends think it’s vaporware.

    I just got bumped as well. I was told it’s for all pending CT deliveries due to a wiper motor issue.
