Ugh... awaiting a PCS replacement and prior to this update I was able to AC slow charge (24A). After this update, it wont AC charge / shows a new message to "Try DC Fast Charge" :(
Finally happened yesterday... Got the dreaded "AC Charging Unavailable" with "PCS2_a094" and "PCS2_a095" error codes. Scheduled service, they added "PCS Replacement" and appointment is sitting at "Parts in Transit". Hopefully arrives soon.
I've read charging at a Supercharger might still...
I order mine last August, v1 I guess, and it's been annoying to latch since day one. The return option isn't enabled, any one successfully contact Tesla and get a new version replacement? My service center said they can't order me a new one ?
My SC made it "better" but still not 100%. No idea what they did, but its close enough. If it helps, they def popped off the black plastic trim to adjust it, because they left it off and I have to pop it back into place.
No idea on how to fix, but some info from another thread:

Starting a dedicated thread to those who cant seem to install this update.
It appears many have gone through successfully but I am not the only one who is getting the "Update Failed, Please Try Again" error.
Hopefully we can figure it out as a group.
Same. Does the RN number in the link/URL they sent you match your actual RN#? Mine doesnt match, kinda weird. Trying updating the URL but still fails...
It's a piece of diamond shaped piece of double sided tape. The blue is the sticker to expose the adhesive. It's probably painted underneath but I wouldn't try to rip it up. The mirrored accent pieces that go on it look good!
Got my package yesterday, again thanks Paul for the great communication!
Some pics and some notes:
1) Not hard, but not "easy". Take your time, be careful, and it will go smooth.
2) This jack worked out great...
Def seems like there were some issues with shipping, but Paul from CyberGear has been very good about communicating over email and being transparent about it. I appreciate his concern, and am confident the order will be delivered soon. Can't wait to actually get these and post some pics!
