I have tried 2 other products that power through the trailer lights hook up and it has activated trailer towing in the truck each time. Can you show screen shot with product activated and plugged in.

I put in a power inverter 48v to 12v with 6 12v pig tails, I then put in 12v power bank in the frunk with usba, usbC, cig lighter adapter. see photo. I run accent lights, off road light bar and power bank off auxiliary power from inside screen.

Same issue for over 6 weeks on any drive over 10 miles, any further resolution. Next service appointment is Oct 1st for me.
